The company operates in the field of pharmaceuticals named FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (FPT Pharma), with a chartered capital of VND 100 billion, of which FPT Retail contributed VND 75 billion.

FPT Retail (FPT Retail) has recently approved the capital contribution to set up a subsidiary company operating in pharmaceuticals field named FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (FPT Pharma). .

The company has the head office at 379-381 Hai Ba Trung street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh city with the charter capital of VND 100 billion of which FPT contributed 75% corresponding VND 75 billion.

The main business of FPT Pharma is retailing  of medicines, medical instruments, cosmetics and toiletries in specialized stores.

Mrs. Nguyen Bach Diep, chairman of FPT Retail will be representative for all capital of FPT Retail at FPT Pharma, she is also the legal representative of this company.

The term of the capital contribution is 10 years, from September 13, 2018 to September 13, 2028.

In the fact, FPT Retail purchased Long Chau drugstore chain from early of 2018.

At first, this pharmaceutical system concentrates on developing in Ho Chi Minh city.
